TOUCH-UPS

Not everyone will require a touch up. This is completely depending on the amount of hair you previously have as well as desired results. A touch up is $150 and you are required to email beautybymeegen@gmail.com to book your touch up. A touch up must be done no sooner than 8 weeks after your initial appointment and must be done within 16 weeks of your appointment. You are responsible for booking your touch-up appointment! If for any reason you have to cancel your appointment you should understand your appointment could be pushed past the 16 weeks and you will be required to pay another deposit. Touch up appointments are not allowed to be rebooked more than twice, if you have to cancel your appointment twice you might have to wait and book an annual color boost.

BOOKING FEE + DEPOSIT

A $100 non-refundable booking fee is required to book your microblading appointment. The fee is 100% NON-refundable and is credited towards your appointment. Please be aware that you will forfeit the fee if you cancel your appointment, no exceptions. An additional $100 fee will be required to make a new appointment. IF two appointments are missed or cancelled, you will not be able to book a third appointment unless the service is pre-paid in full.

RESCHEDULING

We understand that unforeseen circumstances may arise that could force you to reschedule your procedure. Please understand that such changes affect not only your artist, but other clients as well. If you choose to reschedule your appointment, we request AT LEAST 3 days notice otherwise you will lose your deposit and a new deposit will be required to book a future appointment.

If you choose to NOT reschedule, you will lose your deposit and your appointment. Any other future appointments will require another $100 fee to secure.

LATE ARRIVALS

To avoid unfair delays to other clients, if you are more than 15 minutes late to your scheduled appointment, your procedure will need to be rescheduled and you will lose your

booking fee.

NO-CALL NO-SHOWS

If you "no-show" your appointment, you will lose your booking fee, need to pay a late cancellation fee of $100, AND you will not be able to book another appointment without payment in full.

PREVIOUS BROW TATTOOING

If you have had previous brow tattooing of any kind, you must get my approval before booking! If you show up to your appointment with a brow tattoo that has not been approved, we have the right to turn you away and charge a late cancellation fee of $100.
